How does material quality change the armor?

Ceredir is the hero we deserve. Now just need to make sure the deflect modifiers on armour will impact a characters skills, and the quality system is golden

Forgot to add:
You know that weird bug we had when you tried to craft an object with an identical object in the room, and it would change the latter object's quality to shoddy? Yup. Gone.

Fixed gather tree-berries (which didn't appear to be broken to players but was the source of the uncuttable tree stripped of simples.)

Expect a big change in Foraging crafts. I audited all the greens and bark that's unused in any crafts (Yes, I know some are used in cooking and in healing and in hunting and in dyecraft. I'm not removing anything of use) and am deleting 20 unnecessary crafts. I've set up replacements for the existing crafts to be tested - two new bark stripping crafts and 4 new green gathering crafts. The remaining old crafts of greens and bark-stripping (25 of them) have been moved into foraging-tree - although they exist as duplicates of these new crafts. If everything goes cleanly with the new crafts, the old ones and their craftset will go buh-bye.

To add to this, I've removed the need for vegetative feed from the farming crafts of empty-coop, hungry-ducks, hungry-nanny-goat, pregnant-nanny-goat, rhovanion-goats, white-hens, and white-rooster - they will be able to be fed the leaves directly (factoring in the original cost of feed and number of leaves used in feed)

Many other changes yet to come. Be forewarned!

(If you're missing something urgently that you previously had in this set or find issues, please reach out to me directly. Hate mail on this change should be sent to Vorondil.)

Altered the general crafts related to supply kits and paydays to be present in the jobs category. One or two fewer categories for all.

Adjusted all the pertinent flour and grain sacks in game so nobody will be stuck with one that has 30 uses remaining with the switch to the craft. You're welcome for the extra uses you're getting.

In the meantime, the craft no longer portions out 4 cups at a time, instead, it will empty the sack at one go. More like this are coming.

Same deal for potatoes. Brewers rejoice!
Nuts already emptied the bag, but the bag disappeared. Updated the craft to give the empty bag back.

Removed boiling water from cooking, brewing and baking so far. If you have a pot, water and a burning fire, you have boiling water echoed without a separate craft.

This will be expanded to healing, smoking, and dyecraft eventually.

Made a bunch of changes around fats and particularly lard.

It's no longer render cooking-tallow, it's render tallow. It's no longer render cooking-lard or jarred-lard, it's render lard. Neither of these are under cooking or baking any longer, they're under general. Lard opens for cooking, baking, butchering and waxcraft. Tallow opens for cooking and waxcraft.

There was no craft to create leaf-lard, though it was used in more crafts than the smoky lard, so the old leaf lard item has been altered to just "lard" as the optimal item and that is the output of the render lard craft now. The decay timer on the lard object has been significantly extended to make up for the removal of the jarred version. This might be reviewed and further adjusted at a later point.

The jarred objects will still exist, but the craft to create them will not. We will replace on request.

For those cooking and baking crafts which used the smoky lard, they've been standardized for fat objects to create them, so now you can use gamebird fat, lard, tallow, or butter. Not the clarified drippings, bacon grease, meat drippings, or plethora of oils. Simplification.

The same standardization will take place in the next day or two for the other crafts that use these four fat objects.

Minor change to the cuirbouilli items and a new craft.

make cuirbouilli-breastplate now produces a breastplate that does not cover the arms.
make cuirbouilli-armguards has been created to produce the arm pieces.

material costs for both crafts have been balanced so that the same amount of leather is consumed, however other materials such as wax have increased slightly.

The rest of the set functions as intended.

Made significant corrections to forge cheek-guard-nasal-helm. It should function again after the next reboot.

Fixed the chestnut-conkers craft so it actually has output! Petition up if you need the craft re-added, though, it may have fallen off of you.

Still seems double-borked. Artisan roll only produces unremarkable unless I'm just super unlucky, and also still leaves the generic object behind.

Added raw bacon salting so that rashers can be cooked without the entire barreling process - added both kinds of rashers into the cooking craft while removing the bacon fat.
Set up meat-sausages (as opposed to the blood sausages) in butchering, with a craft for smoking, and a craft to cook sausage-medallions.
